The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how Fujisoft Vara, (Fujisoft Vara, us,we, or our) collects, uses and shares information about you through our online interfaces (e.g., websites and mobile applications) owned and controlled by us, including http://webelfujisoftvara.com/ (collectively referred to herein as the Site). Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. What Information This Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers information we collect from you through our Site. Some of our Site’’s functionality can be used without revealing any personal information, though for features or services related to the Courses, personal information is required. If you do not use these specific features or services on the Site, then the only information we collect will be Non-Personal Information (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you). Non-Personal Information includes but is not limited to information such as the web pages that you have viewed. In order to access certain features and benefits on our Site, you may need to submit Personally Identifiable Information (i.e., information that can be used to identify you). Personally Identifiable Information can include information such as your name, phone number and email address, including Personally Identifiable Information about another person that you disclose to us and you are authorized to disclose such information, among other things. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personally Identifiable Information you submit to us. Inaccurate information may affect your ability to use the Site, the information you receive when using the Site, and our ability to contact you. What You Consent by Using Our Site

How We Use the Information
We gather two types of information about users through the Site:

Non-Personal Information 
When users come to our Site, we may track, collect and aggregate Non-Personal Information indicating, among other things, which pages of our Site were visited, the order in which they were visited, when they were visited, and which hyperlinks were clicked. We also collect information from the URLs from which you linked to our Site. Personally Identifiable Information
 We collect Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to us when you register for free materials, update or change information for your account, purchase products or services, complete a survey, sign-up for email updates or Courses, send us email messages, and/or participate in Courses or other services on our Site. We may use the Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to respond to your questions, provide you the specific course and/or services you select, send you updates about Courses offered by Fujisoft Vara or other Fujisoft Vara events, and send you email messages about Site maintenance or updates.

Subscription to newsletter
 If you subscribe to our newsletter on our Site, you may be required to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information such as your name, email address, phone number and occupation. You can choose not to receive marketing from us by “unsubscribing” using the instructions in any marketing email you receive from us.

Updates
Fujisoft Vara may offer you the ability to receive updates via email if you so choose to subscribe to the same. In order to subscribe to these services, you may be required to provide us with Personally Identifiable Information such as your name and email address, among other things.

Participation in Courses
Fujisoft Vara offers users the opportunity to participate or register in a Course on or through the Site. If you desire to participate or seek admission in a Course, you will be asked to provide us with certain information necessary to conduct such a course, for evaluation candidates for admissions and for our internal statistical and analytics purposes. This information may include, among other things, your name, email address, contact details, payment information, academic background, demographic information, educational history, reference letters and other relevant information as part of the application process.If you participate in a Course, we may collect from you certain student-generated content, such as assignments you submit to us as part of the Course requirement. We also collect course data, such as student responses to course videos and study material in the form of notes, exams and surveys. We may also share the Personally Identifiable Information with Authorised Recipients, whom we need to share information for effective coordination for the Courses you register or show interest in and for marketing/advertisement of the Courses.

Booking for Events / Co-Working Space /Lab Facility
Fujisoft Vara offers users the opportunity to register or book space for events, co-working space, lab facility on or through the Site. If you desire to book such space, you will be asked to provide us with certain information necessary for booking, which will be used to facilitate processing of your booking, identifying you and for effective coordination and to facilitate you the requisite services and facilities.

Processing of employment application
We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you send us an email message or otherwise contact us through our Site for individuals interested in employment opportunities with us.

Communications with Fujisoft Vara
We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you send us an email message, contact us through our contact us form or otherwise contact us.

Third Party Sites
We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you access or log-in to a third party site, e.g. Facebook, from our Sites. This may include the text and/or images of your Personally Identifiable Information available from the third party site.

Other Websites and Cookies
This website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.We use third-party, session and persistent cookies and similar technology to collect aggregate (non-personal) information about Sites usage by all of our visitors and to help us remember you and your preferences when you revisit the Sites. Surveys
We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you provide information in response to a survey operated by us.Partner sites Course related tools and services to Fujisoft Vara users may collect non-financial individual-level user data regarding the individuals use of that partner site while engaged with such Course related activities, and the partner sites may share that data with Fujisoft Vara for the purpose of improving Fujisoft Vara services, the partner sites services, and the individuals education experience. This data includes information such as the amount of time spent on the partner site and pages viewed among other details.

Third Party Credit Card Processing
Fujisoft Vara provides you with the ability to pay for Courses and other services using a credit card, debit card, net banking through a third party payment processing service provider. If you make payment, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name, email id) as necessary to process your order. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment processing partners, Please note that our service provider – not Fujisoft Vara – collects and processes your sensitive credit card information or card authentication data and we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website or any partner website, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Interest-Based Advertisements
Our Site may engage in online interest-based advertising to enhance your experience and show you advertisements that might interest you. Like many organizations, we and our advertising partners display tailored interest-based advertising using information you make available to us when you interact with our Sites.  Interest-based ads, also sometimes referred to as personalized or targeted ads, are displayed to you based on information from activities such as searching on our Sites or visiting websites that contain our content or ads. Learning Management System
Depending on the Course you register in, certain parts or/ all of the Course materials may be accessible through a third party learning management system. In such cases, We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such leaning management system and you will be governed by the terms of such learning management system. However, depending on the arrangement with the learning management system, we may have access to your Personally Identifiable Information, in such cases, such information will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Sharing Information
Fujisoft Vara takes your right to privacy very seriously and has taken measures to safeguard, protect and respect Your Personal Information. We share your information internally at Fujisoft Vara to facilitate and manage the purposes listed above. This includes third parties whom Fujisoft Vara engages to process your Personal Information on our behalf for the purposes stated above, such as vendors who help Fujisoft Vara with our marketing, application processing, and web hosting. We may also share the information with our Course Partners, Webel and the Government of West Bengal (“Authorised Recipients”) for the purpose mentioned above. We share data that we have about you with instructors or teaching assistants, or Authorised Recipients for Courses you enroll in or request information about, so they can improve their courses for you and other students. Your shared content, name, and other personal identifiable information may be publicly viewable, including to other students and instructors, etc. If you ask a question to an instructor or teaching assistant, your information (including your name) may also be publicly viewable by other users depending on your settings. We may also share Your Personal Information in the event it is required to do so by law, rule, regulation, requested by law enforcement, governmental official, legal authority, court order, or similar requirements or is required to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, misuse, potential violations of law (or rule or regulation), or security or technical issues. With your consent, we may share data to third parties outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

Access to Minors
